3. Quotations and Pricing

Prices displayed on the Site are indicative starting prices and may change depending on the specific job, unit condition, accessibility, and parts required. A final price will always be confirmed with you before work begins.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Service appointments are arranged based on technician availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technician availability, weather, or access issues.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as agreed between you and Powercool Aircon.
